Bas Boorsma
Bas Boorsma currently serves as a director and Internet of Everything for Global Public Sector specialist at Cisco. In that capacity he manages a portfolio of smart city endeavors globally. Bas has coordinated and overseen the implementation of innovative projects and programs that address the ways we work, live, consume, play, learn and deliver within the context of larger communities. Typical innovations delivered or currently being worked on include Smart Light, Smart Work Centers, Smart Parking, Ecomap, Personal Travel Assistant, Learning Hubs, high end broadband deployment as well as the architectures and service models that will help drive the Internet of Everything at large. Bas has helped various cities, regions and communities around the world to articulate and implement Smart Work strategies, resulting in Smart Work strategies in Korea, France and Amsterdam among others. Bas also serves as chairman of the Connected Village Foundation. 
 
As member of the TPEX Advisory Board, Bas will focus on the international expansion plans of the organization.  
 
  
 
Fons Trompenaars
Fons Trompenaars studied Economics at the Free University of Amsterdam and later earned a Ph.D. from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a dissertation on differences in conceptions of organizational structure in various cultures. He experienced cultural differences firsthand at home, where he grew up speaking both French and Dutch, and then later at work with Shell in nine countries. Fons joined Shell in 1981 and moved into the Personnel Division for Shell in Rotterdam. From 1985, he worked in job classification and management development at the Shell Research Laboratories in Amsterdam. In 1989 he founded the Centre for International Business Studies, a consulting and training organization for international management. Since 1998 we operate as Trompenaars Hampden-Turner. Fons Trompenaars has worked as a consultant for Shell, BP, ICI, Philips, Heineken, TRW, Mars, Motorola, General Motors, Nike, Cable and Wireless, CSM and Merrill Lynch.
 
As member of the TPEX Advisory Board, Fons will focus on the learning activities of the organization.
 
 
Herald Jongen
Herald Jongen is a Dutch qualified lawyer and partner with Allen & Overy. He specialises in outsourcing, technology transactions, strategic relationships and M&A. Herald is co-head of Allen & Overy's Global Outsourcing Department. Herald specialises in outsourcing, technology transactions, strategic relationships and mergers and acquisitions. He has particular expertise in leading complex multi-jurisdictional projects, in technology and in the financial industry.

As member of the TPEX Advisory Board, Herald will focus on the international legal structure and goverance of the organization.  
 
 
Patrick Anghert
Patrick Anghert joined the Board of Directors of Cisco France in 2001 as Director of Operations. He then took the Major International Accounts before being appointed Director of Strategic Development for Cisco France in September 2008. Prior to joining Cisco, Patrick Anghert held several management positions in General IT Business Sector: CEO of Zenith Data Systems France from 1991 to 1993 and Dell Computer France where he was appointed Chairman and CEO in 1994. From 1995 to 1997, he headed the PC division and from 1997 to 1999, the Partners division of Digital Equipment France. He began his career with Rank Xerox over 9 years and left in 1985, joining Epson as General Manager. Patrick holds a Master of Mathematics of the Decision of the University Paris Dauphine.
 
As member of the TPEX Advisory Board, Patrick will focus on sales and business development activities in France.

TPEX collaberates with the Advisory Board in terms of business developments and setting up new projects with Telepresence.
